After 35 years of service as a reserve officer and naval medical doctor, I retired in December 2025.
My career has combined clinical medicine with military service, both at sea and ashore, including overseas deployments in the Balkans, in demanding environments where teamwork, leadership, and sound judgment truly matter. It has been a privilege to care for personnel, contribute to operational readiness, and serve alongside dedicated colleagues in the Navy.
Although I have now formally retired from active duty, the experience, perspective, and commitment shaped by these years will remain a lasting part of who I am.
